setting and self-motivation. Speaker on topic called “Lining
up your Ducks” to area high schools, colleges and
professional business organizations including Optimist
Club and Midwest Financial Group among others.
1999-2001 Lectured professionally on
the national circuit for health conferences on chronic
pain and the role of nutrition and biochemistry in healing.
1998-99 Sports columnist/writer for “Seeds
of Excellence” column for Nebraska Sports America,
an Omaha, NE based, nationally circulated sports publication.
1997 Clinic Director of Nebraska Natural
Medical Center. NNMC was the first multidisciplinary clinic
in Nebraska offering integrated medical care and holistic
health care. Clinic specialized in a full range of cutting
edge functional medicine and traditional chiropractic,
Chinese and European health care services and diagnostic
modalities.
1997 Vice President of the Greater Omaha
Chiropractic Association (GOCA). GOCA is a city organization
for the education and awareness of chiropractic and public
health.
1996-2000 Annual attendee to the World
Symposium on Functional Medicine presented by the Institute
for Functional Medicine, a division of HealthComm International,
Inc.
1995-1999 Chief Medical Advisor to American
Indy Car Series based in Ft Collins, CO. Open wheel professional
racing series using Indy car chassis to race on a national
and international circuit. Provided safety evaluation to
drivers, racing teams and safety crews. Consulted with
track officials on the specific needs of Indy cars and
sport safety.
1994-2001 Formed Red Shark Indy Racing.
Owner/driver of a professional racing team with goal of
competing in the famed Indianapolis 500. Team is based
in Omaha, NE. Competed on the American Indy Car Series
(AIS) circuit for six years (1993 to 1999) Finished in
the top five, four out of six years. Entered into the Nebraska
Sprint Car Association competing in the ‘360-winged
sprint’ cars, 1998 to present.
1993 United States
patent holder for patent #5,205,813 granted on April 27,
1993. Post trauma/post surgical orthopedic brace for head
and neck injuries due to high velocity traumas. Patents
currently pending in 17 foreign countries. Future United
States patents pending for functional kinetic trauma braces
for football and auto racing.
1993 Postgraduate studies conducted
in Beijing, Houngo and Shanghai, China. Training entailed
emphasis on traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture,
herbal therapy, and diagnostics.
1992 Fellowship of the International
Academy of Clinical Acupuncture. Completion of 200-hour
course in postgraduate studies in a one-year period under
Dr. John Amaro, Diplomat in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

practice with heavy emphasis on functional medicine and
clinical nutrition relating to gastrointestinal disorders,
degenerative diseases and chronic pain. Additional specialties
include high velocity trauma, radiology, European energetic
medicine and Eastern medicine.
1987-2001 Conduct monthly health and
wellness seminars entitled; “Unplugged: Health from
the Womb to the Tomb.” Topics include utilizing nutrition
and biochemistry awareness to combat chronic disease and
aging.

the clinic radiology and physical therapy department. Provided
patient examination, diagnosis, treatment and patient education

1987-1988 Staff doctor for Golds Gym,
in Omaha, NE. Conducted on site office hours for consultation
of Gold’s clients, workout programs, injuries and
nutritional programs.
1987 Completion
of the Nebraska State Chiropractic board and licensed to
practice Chiropractic in Nebraska #915. Licensed to diagnose
neurological, skeletal and dietary/nutritional conditions
and apply appropriate care.
1987 Recipient of 'Gonstead Achievement
Award.' This award is presented by the Gonstead Clinical
Society in Mt. Horeb, WI to field physicians for outstanding
leadership and excellence in clinical technique.
1986 Doctor of Chiropractic degree from
Logan College of Chiropractic, Chesterfield, MO. Chiropractic
profession is the second largest health care system but
largest holistic health care system in the U.S.
1986 Completed board certification in
Chiropractic National board Part I and Part II.
1985-86 Senior
graduate assistant instructor at Logan College of Chiropractic
for Diplomat physician, Dr. Richard Cranwell, teaching
for Gonstead advanced technique course.
Student assistant to the gross anatomy lab under the direction
of Dr. Paul Ellis. Assisting in embalming and preparation
of cadavers for dissection and assisting with undergraduate
classmen for lab dissection and studies.
1984 to 1986 Logan College student activities:
Student president of the Gonstead Clinical Society at Logan
College of Chiropractic. Taught weekly classes on chiropractic
technique, Coordinated a charter trip of 44 students to
Mt. Horeb, WI for graduate level training.
Logan Graduate Class 8/86 V.P. and Treasurer. Coordinated
the graduation ceremonies, dinner banquet and all note
taking and test coordination with class. Member of student
council.
Logan basketball team three years. Staring forward for
division 2-A basketball throughout the tri-state region.
1984-85 Selected twice to World Conference
of Chiropractic Colleges. International conference between
all chiropractic colleges, representing the interest and
needs of graduate level chiropractic students.
1983-2001 Numerous postgraduate studies
completed in radiology, high velocity trauma, impairment
assessment, nutritional chemistry, functional medicine,
neurology, reflexology and energetic healing. Since 1983
approximate 2800 classroom hours have been attended.
