Receptionist/billing personnel:

Natural Health Center, P.C. is natural health clinic that utilizes chiropractic, nutrition, acupuncture and Meridian Stress Assessment to assist our patients in living healthier, happier lives.  Our front desk personnel are the gatekeepers of our practice.  They are responsible for scheduling all appointments, answering phones, posting all services in the billing software and collecting all monies at the end of each patient’s treatment.  In addition, on the days the doctors do not see patients, they are responsible for sending insurance claims to Medicare and a few other insurance companies and helping with marketing for the office. 

We are currently looking for someone that has some education in natural health with some experience in the above-named responsibilities.  We are looking for someone that is energetic, likes to learn new things, has a flexible schedule and is willing to attend the occasional out of town seminar.  

The starting pay is $8.50 per hour for the first 90 days.  There is a 90-day trial period so that you will be able to ascertain that you fit well in our small clinic.  After the 90-day trial period, the pay will be increased to $9.00 with yearly raises thereafter based on productivity. 

The hours will range between 30-34 hours per week.

Each day every employee has one hour off for lunch.

This is a part-time job.  Benefits that each part time employee receives are free chiropractic care for the employee and their immediate family which includes spouse and dependent children, 4 hours of paid vacation on the six major holidays which include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, and nutritional supplements can be purchased at a reduced fee.
